Dialog Boxes are pre-built popups in Run Native App designed to handle common tasks in your flow like applying discounts, adjusting product inventory, or adding a customer. These dialog boxes are tightly integrated with the system actions and don’t require you to design a custom popup yourself.
You may notice that certain actions in the Actions menu include descriptions indicating they open a predefined system view. For example, the action description may state:
Opens the Adjust Inventory view
Opens the product note dialog
These descriptions signal that a built-in dialog box is available for that task. When you include such an action in your flow, the corresponding dialog will appear automatically when the action is triggered, no additional design work is needed.

Before creating a custom popup from scratch, review the Actions menu to see if a dedicated action already exists for the functionality you need. If the action’s description mentions opening a view or dialog box, you can simply use that action, the system will handle the rest automatically.
