This action appends a custom note to the order, typically used for additional context or special handling instructions such as packing requests.
You can configure it in two ways:
Open note input box: Prompts the user to enter a message using a dialog box before the note is added.
Fixed message: A predefined note is automatically added when the action runs.
Order notes are applied at the cart level, not tied to any specific product or line item. They are visible in the order data and can be used to inform customer service teams.
