This action applies a discount to the cart total. Unlike product discounts, cart-level discounts affect the entire order.
There are two configuration options:
Fixed cart discount: A predefined dollar or percentage discount is applied automatically.
Open cart discount input box: Prompts the user to enter a discount manually via a dialog box before applying it.
