To start accepting payments with Final Pay, you’ll first need to set up your account through the Pay tool.
You can access the Pay by opening the nine-dot menu on the right side of the navigation bar in any tool, or by selecting Pay directly from the Launcher. You’ll then be prompted to select the company you want to set up Final Pay for. If you manage multiple companies, you’ll see a list and can choose the relevant one.
Each Final Pay account is created per company, and the setup must be completed by the company owner, as it involves submitting official business and personal information.
To complete the setup, the company owner will need to:
Choose the business type
Enter professional and personal details
Provide payout information
Submit the form to complete onboarding
Once the account is created and verified, the company can begin accepting payments through Tap to Pay and supported payment terminals using Final Pay.
Tip for Scale Users:
Make sure your companies have Final Pay set up before assigning them flows that include Final Pay–related elements and actions. Without it, those elements won’t function as expected.
