Organization users can create their first company from the Company Switcher, which appears when entering a company-facing tool (like Manage or Pay) that requires selecting a company context. To get started, we recommend opening Manage. If no companies have been added yet, the only one visible will be the Test Company. To create a new company, click the icon to begin the setup flow.
You’ll be guided through a multi-step form:
Logo (optional): Upload the company’s logo, which will appear across Final tools.
Company name: Enter the full legal or operational name of the company.
Industry: Select the company’s industry from the available list.
Business base: Choose the country where the company primarily operates. A company in Final can only be assigned to a single country. For businesses with locations in multiple countries, you’ll need to create separate companies.
Phone number and address: Provide the primary contact number and location for the business.
Note: The location info you enter here will generate the first outlet for the company. Additional outlets can be created later in Manage.
Tax inclusivity: Choose whether prices should include or exclude tax by default.
Default tax rate: Set the default sales tax percentage for this company. This rate will be used to create the first entry in the Standard tax class, which applies to all products unless otherwise customized later in Manage.
Select plan: Assign a plan from your existing plan options in Scale. This controls the tools, flows, and extensions the company can access. You can assign the Unlimited Plan for now and later update it in Scale, or define specific limitations in the company settings in scale to override plan defaults.
Note: If you’re building a checkout flow for your own business and do not plan to manage multiple companies, assign the Unlimited Plan. This gives the company access to all the flows your organization creates, with no limitations.
