Anyone who signs up for Final directly is considered an organization user. This includes both:
Individuals or businesses building for themselves
Teams or organizations building for other businesses
Organization users can create and manage one or more companies within their organization. They manage flows and user access across these companies and can create plans to distribute the solutions they've built. These plans allow them to define limits and control how each company accesses and uses the tools.
When an organization creates a new company in Final, they can choose to:
Assign themselves as the company owner
Or manually add someone else to own the company by entering their email address
Organization users can also invite teammates, like developers, designers, or support staff, by adding their email addresses in Scale. These users become organization users as well, sharing access to the tools and companies managed by that organization. Their permissions are fully controlled by the organization owner.
Adding organization users, Scale
Throughout this guide, you’ll see “Tip for Scale users” callouts. These highlight recommendations specifically for organization users who manage multiple businesses in Final, typically resellers, SaaS providers, or service teams distributing custom checkout solutions. This group is the primary users for the Scale tool.
