If an organization user assigns someone else as the company owner by entering their email address when creating that company, Final will generate a company user account for that person. Company users have limited access:
They can only access the company they’ve been assigned to, and in some cases, a test company to familiarize themselves with the tool suite.
They can only use certain tools (e.g. some companies may have Build access included in their plan, while others may not.)
Their account is managed entirely by the organization that invited them
Company users do not have full organization-level access and do not create their own companies. They simply operate within the boundaries set by the organization that manages their business.
Company users can invite others within the same company (e.g. cashiers or shift leads). These invited users become additional company users, and their access is limited to that single business context. Access within the company is managed by the company owner, who controls roles and permissions for each user.
