The customer note dialog box appears when the Add customer note action is triggered with the Open the note input box option enabled in Builder.
It includes a free-text input field where the user can type a custom message, along with a button to confirm and save the note. Once submitted, the message is saved to the currently selected customer's profile and becomes visible to team members in Manage.
If the flow includes a Customer note element inside a Customer section, the submitted note will also be shown directly in the flow for the selected customer. This provides an easy way for staff to view and update key customer details during service.
