To configure a printer:
Open the Final POS app
Go to Station Home
Tap Settings
Tap Printer settings
From here, the following options are available:
Select or change the active printer
Choose the default print block
Adjust receipt padding
View printer connection methods available on their device
Ensure your device and printer are on the same Wi-Fi network
Open Printer settings to discover compatible printers
Select the printer once it appears
Must first be paired or added in the device’s system settings
Once recognized by the OS, Final can discover them inside Printer settings
If the printer is not appearing or printing correctly:
Confirm the printer and device are on the same Wi-Fi network
For Bluetooth printers, ensure they are paired in the device’s system settings
Refresh discovery by reopening Printer settings
Adjust receipt padding if parts of the receipt appear cut off
