This dialog box appears when an Add order note action is triggered with the Open note input box option enabled in Builder.
It contains:
A free-text input field for entering a message
A confirmation button to apply the note to the order
Once confirmed, the entered text is saved as a general order note. Unlike product notes, it is not attached to a specific item in the cart but applies to the entire order.
