These actions run automatically when specific conditions are met, no user interaction needed.
Example:
Automatically apply a discount when the cart total exceeds a certain amount.
Open the Action Manager and select Auto-Triggered Actions.
Click Create New Action and give it a name.
Set the trigger condition by choosing:
A trigger source
Its state and value
(Options will vary depending on the trigger source you select.)
Use AND/OR logic if you want to combine multiple conditions.
Click Add Step, then choose the action that should happen when the condition is true.
Save your action.
These actions are activated when a user interacts with an element, like clicking a button or tapping an image.
There are two ways to create manually triggered actions:
In the Action Manager, switch to Manually Triggered Actions
Click Create New Action, and give your new action a name.
Click Add step, and define what you want to happen.
(Defining a condition isn’t required for manually triggered actions since they’re activated by user input—but if you still want to include one, you can do so by adding a Condition step from the System Actions category in the actions menu.)
Once saved, link the action to the triggering element from that element’s Edit Panel.
Instead of building actions in the Action Manager first, you can create them directly from an element’s Edit Panel after placing it on the canvas. For some interactive elements, an action setup popup will appear automatically when you drop the element, allowing you to define the action immediately.
