Use the Input Device Tester to confirm that your barcode scanner, keyboard, or other input device is detected correctly by Final POS.

Open Station Home
Tap Settings
Select Input Device Tester
Real-time device input
Whether the full barcode is received
Whether extra characters are being added
Whether the scanner sends an Enter/Return (required for Scan to Cart)
If scanning doesn’t add products to cart, check Scan to cart for behavior details.
