Use the Outlet Transfers extension in Final Manage to move inventory between store locations. A transfer begins at the sending Outlet, where stock is reduced, and is completed at the receiving Outlet, where stock is increased upon acceptance.
Go to Stock Manager in Manage.
Click + New stock activity, then select Send Transfer.
Confirm the Transfer from Outlet is correct.
Choose a Send to Outlet from the dropdown.
Use the search bar to find and add products to the transfer.
Enter the quantity to send for each product.
(Optional) Add a note with details about the transfer.
Click Mark as completed to finalize the transfer.
The transfer will now appear as a pending Receive Transfer entry at the destination Outlet.
Go to Stock Manager and filter to the receiving Outlet.
Click on the pending Receive Transfer entry.
Review the transfer details, including products, quantities, and any notes.
Confirm the received quantity (usually the full amount).
Click Mark as completed to accept the transfer and update inventory.
The product’s stock history will now reflect both the sent and received changes across Outlets.
