The Outlet Transfers extension adds stock movement functionality to Stock Manager, allowing businesses to track inventory as it moves between locations. It’s designed for companies that operate two or more Outlets and need a streamlined way to send and receive stock.
With this extension, a user at one Outlet can initiate a transfer to another Outlet. Stock is immediately reduced at the sending Outlet, and a pending transfer appears at the destination. When the physical stock arrives, the receiving Outlet uses the Transfer ID to load the expected items and accept the transfer, increasing inventory accordingly.
This extension ensures clear visibility of in-transit inventory, prevents double-counting during shipment, and supports smooth, auditable transfers between locations. It’s a powerful tool for businesses with centralized stock control or internal logistics needs.
