When you connect WooCommerce to Final, orders from your online store and orders placed through the POS will be visible across both platforms—helping you keep track of all your sales in one place.
However, orders are read-only outside their original system:
WooCommerce orders are read-only in Final. You can view them, but can’t edit or take action on them through the POS.
Final orders are read-only in WooCommerce. They appear in the order list for reference but can only be refunded or modified within Final.
This protects the accuracy of your records and ensures each system remains the source of truth for the orders it creates.
Order statuses are also synced between systems. Final supports the following statuses:
Completed
Parked
Refunded
Partial refund
Any other statuses assigned in WooCommerce (such as pending, failed, or cancelled) are still visible in Final, even if they aren't directly used by the POS. This helps maintain consistency between your sales channels and avoids confusion when reviewing orders across platforms.
