The Orders section in Final Manage provides a complete record of all customer orders associated with your Company. It serves as your central reference point for reviewing and managing sales activity across your business.
Orders can be added from two different sources:
Created in Run (Native App): Orders placed in-person at your Stations are automatically recorded and synced to Manage.
Synced from WooCommerce: If youโre using the WooCommerce extension with order sync enabled, your online orders will also appear in Manage.
From Manage, you can:
View all orders in a single list
Search and filter by date, outlet, status, and more
Open order details to review items, totals, payment methods, and customer information
Note for WooCommerce users:
Orders from WooCommerce will sync to Manage if order sync is enabled. These orders will appear alongside in-person orders in your Order List, but new orders cannot be created directly in Manage.
