As an organization user, tools in Final fall into two categories: company-scoped and organization-level.
Company-scoped tools
Some tools are designed to be used within the context of a single company:
Manage
Pay
Run Native app
When you access one of these tools, you’ll be prompted to select a company. The interface will then load on behalf of that company, showing only its data and configurations. In Manage and Pay, you can switch between companies using the company selector in the top-right navigation bar.
Organization-level tools
Other tools operate at the organization level and do not require you to choose a company:
Scale lets you create companies, assign plans, and control tool access across your entire organization and the companies you manage.
Build lets you manage all flows you've created or installed, regardless of which companies they’ve been assigned to.
These tools allow you to work across your organization without switching company contexts
