Once you've connected a text element to dynamic data, you’ll unlock additional controls in the Advanced Settings panel:
Prepend : Add static text before the value
→ In stock: 12
Append : Add static text after the value
→ 12 units available
Fallback : Show default text if the value is empty
→ N/A, Coming Soon, etc.
Character Limit : Prevents layout issues by trimming dynamic content that may be too long for the design
Tip for Scale users:
Flow Data is a type of dynamic data used for any company-specific information that isn’t already collected in Manage. It creates a placeholder, with a title and description, in the Flow Settings, allowing each company using the flow to fill in their own values.
If you're designing flows that will be used by multiple companies and need to support company-specific content like return policies, promo messages, or taglines, you can create custom dynamic data through Flow Settings. This adds a field in each company's Flow Settings, allowing them to input their own values without altering the design.
