Final Pay supports cardholder signature capture, allowing you to collect the customer’s signature on supported smart terminals whenever a card or contactless payment is accepted. This provides added protection against fraudulent chargebacks, acting as proof that products or services were received in cases where the cardholder tries to claim they were not.
Signature capture is supported on cloud-type smart terminals:
BBPOS WisePOS E
Stripe Reader S700
The feature is always on when a compatible terminal is paired to a Station.
A toggle to enable or disable this feature will be added in a future update.
Available globally wherever the WisePOS E and S700 are supported.
