The Pay Accounts page lets you create and manage multiple Final Pay accounts for your Company. This is useful if different Outlets need separate payout accounts, such as in a franchise business, or if you want to group Outlets under different accounts for financial management.
In the Launcher, open the Pay tool.
From the Pay Accounts page, click + New account.
The Final Pay onboarding flow will open in a pop-up.
If you already have an enabled Pay account, some business or personal details may be autofilled from that account.
You’ll need to confirm all required fields and complete onboarding.
Once onboarding is complete, the new Pay account will appear in your Pay Accounts list.
You can create as many Pay accounts as your business needs.
Pay accounts are created and managed in Pay, but they are linked to specific Outlets in Manage. Read more about linking a Pay account to your outlet here.
Outlets without a linked Pay account will not be able to process payments.
