Some types of businesses are not eligible to use Final Pay due to payment processing restrictions. These rules are in place to comply with financial regulations and partner requirements.
The following types of businesses are not supported and cannot be onboarded to Final Pay:
Illegal or regulated products (e.g. drugs, weapons)
Adult content or services
Gambling, betting, or games of chance
Financial services (e.g. debt collection, check cashing)
CBD, cannabis, and related products
Intellectual property infringement or counterfeit goods
High-risk travel, ticketing, or timeshare operations
Some business categories may be permitted but are subject to additional review. These include:
Crowdfunding and fundraising platforms
Telemedicine and online healthcare
Platforms for creators or third-party sellers
Certain pharmaceutical and supplement sales
Eligibility in these cases depends on documentation, licensing, and risk factors reviewed during onboarding.
Use of Final Pay is not permitted in countries subject to economic sanctions or where required due diligence cannot be completed.
