The Pay Accounts page in Final lets you view and manage all of your Company’s Final Pay accounts. A Company may use more than one account if:
Different Outlets are owned by different people (e.g., in a franchise model)
The same owner wants payouts sent to separate bank accounts for each Outlet
Business or operational needs require separate payment accounts
From this page, you can:
See all connected Pay accounts, including their status, connection date, balance, and assigned Outlets
Create additional accounts using the + New account button. When creating a new account, you can choose to autofill shared personal or business details from an existing account to speed up setup.
Click any account to open its dedicated pages for managing Account details, Payouts, Transactions, and Terminals.
This flexibility ensures every Outlet can be tied to the right payout structure, whether managed centrally or independently.
