Final Pay Setup Guide

You can set up Pay directly from the Launcher by selecting the Pay tool.

This guide walks you through the full setup process to get your company ready to accept in-person card payments.

Step 1 – Register your account

After opening the Pay tool, you’ll be prompted to select the company you want to activate Final Pay for. You’ll then complete a registration form that includes:

• Business type

• Company and contact information

• Personal details for the account owner

• Payout and banking information

This information is required to verify your business and enable payment processing.

Step 2 – Choose your payment terminal

Final Pay supports a variety of terminal options, including built-in NFC and external card readers.

Option 1 – Use your device (Tap to Pay)

If you’re using a compatible iPhone or Android device with built-in NFC, your device can act as the payment terminal.

• No extra hardware required

• Works for all contactless cards and mobile wallets

• Automatically enabled in supported regions

Note: Some regions may impose a contactless transaction limit. If a purchase exceeds that amount, the customer may need to complete the payment in multiple parts — or use a chip reader. We recommend having at least one external terminal available where tap limits apply.

Option 2 – Use an external payment terminal

External terminals support chip, swipe, and contactless payments, and are ideal in situations where Tap to Pay is unavailable or limited. 

• Bluetooth type (BBPOS WisePad 3, Stripe Reader M2)

• Cloud type (BBPOS WisePOS E, Stripe Reader S700)

Step 3 – Connect your terminal

Connecting your terminal depends on the type of reader you're using.

Tap to Pay (built-in NFC)

1. Open the Station app on your device

2. Navigate to Settings → Payment Terminals

3. Tap to Pay will appear as a connected reader automatically if your device is supported

Bluetooth terminals (WisePad 3, Reader M2)

1. Open the Station app

2. Go to Settings → Payment Terminals

3. Tap Discover to find and pair your Bluetooth terminal

Cloud terminals (WisePOS E, Reader S700)

1. Go to the Pay tool on the web

2. Navigate to Terminals in the sidebar

3. Select a Station and click Add Cloud Terminal

4. On the terminal device:

   1. Connect to Wi‑Fi

   2. Enter admin PIN: 07139

   3. Generate a pairing code

5. Enter the pairing code in the Pay tool to complete setup

Once the cloud terminal is assigned, it will appear in the Station app automatically for use.
