You can set up Pay directly from the Launcher by selecting the Pay tool.
This guide walks you through the full setup process to get your company ready to accept in-person card payments.
After opening the Pay tool, you’ll be prompted to select the company you want to activate Final Pay for. You’ll then complete a registration form that includes:
Business type
Company and contact information
Personal details for the account owner
Payout and banking information
This information is required to verify your business and enable payment processing. Once your Pay account shows Enabled, it will be ready to link to your Outlet(s) in the next step.
Step 2 - Link account to Outlet(s) in Manage
Next, go to the Manage tool and navigate to your Outlet settings by selecting Settings → Outlets in the left menu.
Use the Pay account dropdown to select your enabled Final Pay account. This will link the Pay account you enabled in Step 1 to that Outlet for payment processing.
Final Pay supports a variety of terminal options, including built-in NFC and external card readers.
If you’re using a compatible iPhone or Android device with built-in NFC as your Station, that device can act as the payment terminal as well.

Note: Some regions may impose a contactless transaction limit. If a purchase exceeds that amount, the customer may need to complete the payment in multiple parts — or use a chip reader. We recommend having at least one external terminal available where tap limits apply.
External terminals support chip, swipe, and contactless payments, and are ideal in situations where Tap to Pay is unavailable or limited.
Bluetooth type, sometimes called Bluetooth readers (BBPOS WisePad 3, Stripe Reader M2)
Cloud type, sometimes called “smart terminals” (BBPOS WisePOS E, Stripe Reader S700)

To connect a terminal and start accepting payments with Final Pay, open a Station and navigate to Settings → Payment Terminals.

Connection steps for each terminal type:
Tap to Pay will appear as a connected reader automatically if your device is supported.
Tap Discover to find and pair your Bluetooth terminal
Select + Add Terminal
On the terminal device:
Connect to Wi‑Fi
Enter admin PIN: 07139
Generate a pairing code
Enter the pairing code in the pop-up (including hyphens) to complete pairing
