The Pay tool gives you a complete view of your Company’s in-person payments. From payouts to terminals, everything related to Final Pay can be managed here.
When you open Pay from the Launcher, you'll see the following tabs on the left:
Review all payment activity processed through Pay.
See a complete list of successful, canceled, refunded, and incomplete transactions
Filter by amount, date, status, or payment method
Use this list to verify payments, check refund status, or troubleshoot issues
Export transaction data if needed
Track money that’s been deposited to your bank account from Final Pay.
See your total balance, upcoming deposits, and payout history
Check the status of each payout (e.g. Paid, In Transit)
View expected arrival dates and destination bank details
Export your payout history for accounting or reconciliation
Manage and connect your external card readers.
View paired terminals by Outlet
Add new Cloud terminals by entering the registration code and assigning a Station
Easily see which terminals are active and where they’re deployed
Note: Tap to Pay and Bluetooth terminals are connected directly from the Station App
The Settings page in Pay lets you manage your own account details securely. From here, you can:
Update your business and personal information
Change your bank account or payout details
Upload or refresh verification documents when required
Review and resolve any account requirements that may block payouts
Keeping this information up to date ensures that your Pay account stays active and your payouts are not delayed.
