Go to Extensions in the top nav and install TIMEmSYSTEM.
After installation, a new Settings → TIMEmSYSTEM page will appear in Manage.
Follow the on-page instructions to configure the extension.
Each Outlet in your Company must be connected using TIMEmSYSTEM credentials. This allows clock-ins from that Outlet to sync with TIMEmSYSTEM.
Go to Settings → TIMEmSYSTEM.
Under the Outlets section, locate the Outlet you want to connect.
Enter the Username and Password provided by TIMEmSYSTEM.
Save your changes.
You can define which custom buttons appear on the Station app when employees clock in.
These buttons appear when employees are not currently clocked in. Common options include:
Start a new shift
Resume the shift
You can add more options by clicking + New button.
These buttons appear when employees are currently clocked in. Example options:
Safety walk
Meeting
These support custom time tracking for different types of work or breaks.
You can customize error messages for invalid employee IDs or failed authentication. These can be localized in your preferred language (e.g., Danish).
Each error type has:
A source error (e.g., “Employee id is not correct”)
A custom translation (e.g., “Medarbejder-ID er ikke korrekt.”)
Update these as needed in the Error codes section.
