Before you can start building workflows with Final in Zapier, you’ll need to connect your Final account. This process links your Company in Final Manage to your Zapier account using an API key.
Go to Manage → Extensions.
Locate the Zapier extension and click Install.
After installation, you'll be redirected to Settings → Zapier.
On the Zapier settings page in Final Manage, you’ll see your Company’s API key. You’ll use this in Zapier to authenticate the connection.
Keep this API key secure. It grants access to your Company’s data in Zapier.
Go to zapier.com and log into your Zapier account.
Click Create → New Zap.
Search for Final POS as the trigger app.
When prompted to connect your account, paste in the API key from Final Manage.
Once connected, you can choose from available triggers like:
New customer created or updated
New product created
Order completed
Inventory updated
Session closed
After selecting a trigger, Zapier will pull sample data from Final. You can use this data in the next steps of your automation, such as sending information to Google Sheets, Slack, or another app.
