The Zapier extension allows Companies to connect Final POS with thousands of third-party apps by creating automated workflows known as Zaps. These workflows begin when Final sends data to Zapier for supported events, such as order completion, stock changes, or customer updates.
Once connected, you can use Final as the trigger app in Zapier and build automations based on the payloads Final sends. For example, you can:
Receive product data when new items are created or updated
Sync customer contact information when a customer is added or edited
Track inventory changes in real time
Send order summaries when a transaction is completed
Push session data when a Station session is closed
In addition to standard event-based triggers, Final supports a flexible Custom Event trigger, which works with the Run automation in Zapier action in Build. This allows you to trigger a Zap at any point in a custom flow, such as during checkout or after a specific interaction in the Station App.
The Zapier extension is installed per Company and adds a settings page in the Manage left menu under Settings → Zapier. You must install this extension before building workflows in Zapier that use Final POS as a trigger source.
