When you connect your WooCommerce store to , the WooCommerce extension automatically syncs detailed metadata about your products and orders. This metadata is stored directly in your Woo database and can be used for advanced reporting and segmentation—especially when paired with Metorik.
By default, WooCommerce supports one global stock value per product. When Final is connected, it maintains that link between your Woo store and your default Outlet (Outlet 1), keeping inventory in sync between them. For Companies with multiple Outlets, Final adds additional inventory data as product-level metadata.
Each additional Outlet’s stock is saved using keys like:
stock_at_outlet_1
stock_at_681d0025d56002eb3f7dc738
This allows Metorik users to report on inventory across multiple Outlets by referencing those metadata keys in custom reports or filters.
Final also adds custom metadata to each synced order, including:
outletid – The unique ID of the Outlet where the order was placed
outletname – The current name of that Outlet
outletalias – A custom label you define using the Metorik extension
employeeid and employeename – Who completed the sale
stationid – The Station used to submit the order
Using Metorik’s custom fields feature, this data can be exposed and used to:
Segment orders by Outlet
Analyze sales performance per employee
Track order activity per Station
This metadata is included automatically, but the Metorik extension makes it easier to label and use by adding custom aliases to your Outlets for clearer analysis.
