You can create custom Roles to define exactly what different users are allowed to do in Final. Roles control access to tools across Manage, Pay, and the Run Native app.
To create a new Role:
Go to Settings → Roles in Manage.
Click + New Role.
Enter a name for the Role.
Use the toggles to customize permissions:
Enable access to specific areas of the Manage tool (e.g. Products, Reports, Users)
Control Builder access and payment settings
Choose which POS actions and settings the user can access in the Run Native app
Click Save.
Once created, the new Role will appear in your Roles list and can be assigned to any user profile.
