If a team member needs to change their password or Station PIN, an Admin or any user with access to Manage → Settings → Users will need to update it for them. Final does not currently support password reset via email or self-service credential changes.
To update a user’s Manage login password:
Go to Manage → Settings → Users
Select the user profile from the list
Scroll to the Manage access section
Enter a new password and confirm it
Click Save
To update a user’s 4-digit PIN for Run Native:
Go to Manage → Settings → Users
Select the user profile
Update the Station PIN field
Click Save
Only team members with access to the Users page in Manage can make these changes.
