To create a new staff profile, follow these steps:
Navigate to Manage → Settings → Users
Click + New User
In the pop-up, fill out the following fields:
First name
Last name
Role (select from dropdown)
Phone number (optional)
4-digit Station PIN
If the user also needs to log in to Manage:
Enable the Manage access toggle
Complete the additional fields that appear:
Email address
Password
Confirm password
Once saved, the user will be able to log in to the appropriate Final tools based on their permissions.
