Next to each global colour in the Settings tab, you’ll see a database icon. Clicking this converts the colour into a dynamic colour. Once a colour is made dynamic, it will appear as a field in the Flow Settings so that one can override that global colour and enter their preferred value without modifying the design. Any element using that dynamic colour will update automatically.

Instead of hardcoding brand colours, you can use dynamic colours. This allows each company to define its own branding in Flow Settings, so you can reuse the same flow without needing a separate version for every brand.
